HELLO: I'm having difficulty finding any discussions or questions about installing and using a VISIONEER 9420 scanner through the XP-MODE setup.   1. Download the Driver Update Utility for Visioneer.

  2. Double-click on the program to run it. It will then scan your computer and identify any problem drivers. You will see a results page similar to the one below:
